Dulquer Salmaan’s Malayalam action-thriller I’m Game has crossed the ₹22 crore mark in India gross collections by its fifth day, though it saw a sharp Monday drop typical of big openers facing mixed word-of-mouth.
On Day 5 (Monday, September 7), the film collected around ₹16 lakh in India net from approximately 805 shows at 13.6% occupancy. This takes the cumulative India net to about ₹19.16 crore and India gross to roughly ₹22.39 crore across 12,601 shows since release.
The movie opened on September 3 with a strong ₹5.05–5.40 crore (India net) from over 2,700 shows and 35–44% occupancy, selling around 2.3 lakh tickets on Day 1.
Day 2 saw a modest dip to ₹4.60–4.90 crore, while the weekend held relatively steady: Saturday (Day 3) added ₹4.15 crore from 3,014 shows at 34.4% occupancy, and Sunday (Day 4) contributed ₹4.35 crore from 2,910 shows at 36.6% occupancy.
By the end of Day 4, the India net had already touched ₹19 crore, with worldwide gross nearing ₹40 crore including strong overseas numbers.
The steep fall to just ₹16 lakh on Monday reflects both the normal weekday decline and the impact of mixed audience reactions, but the film’s solid opening weekend ensures it has already secured a profitable theatrical run.
With overseas collections around ₹17.5 crore, I’m Game’s worldwide gross stands close to ₹39.7–39.9 crore after four days, placing it among the top Malayalam grossers of 2026 even before Day 5 adjustments.
Trade analysts expect the film to continue in major centers through the week, with its final India net likely to settle in the ₹22–25 crore range if it maintains reasonable weekday holds.
