Bethlehem kudumba unit collection day 23

Nivin Pauly and Mamitha Baiju’s feel-good Malayalam rom-com is still packing them in three-plus weeks later. On its fourth Saturday (Day 23), the film collected around ₹3.85 crore net in India from 1,460 shows, posting a healthy 54.8% occupancy.

That’s a clear jump from the previous day’s ₹2.50 crore net (across roughly 1,420 shows at 35.7% occupancy), proving audiences are still turning up for the weekend. The India net total now sits at about ₹141.80 crore (India gross roughly ₹165.60 crore).

Overseas has been a quiet powerhouse throughout, adding another couple of crores on the day to take the international gross past ₹133 crore. All told, the worldwide gross has crossed the prestigious ₹300-crore threshold, making Bethlehem Kudumba Unit only the second Mollywood film to enter that club.

Week-wise, the film opened with a strong ₹52.30 crore in its first week, followed by ₹49.85 crore in week two and ₹33.30 crore in week three. The Malayalam version continues to drive the bulk of the business, with Tamil and Telugu versions contributing smaller but steady numbers.

Made on a reported budget of around ₹30 crore, the Girish A.D. directorial has already recovered its cost many times over and is sitting pretty as a massive commercial success. Occupancy climbing back above 50% on Saturday after mid-week dips shows the film still has legs, especially among family audiences who keep recommending it.

With the fourth weekend still unfolding and word-of-mouth remaining warm, Bethlehem Kudumba Unit looks set to keep adding to its tally in the coming days. Nivin Pauly’s latest has turned into one of the year’s biggest feel-good stories at the box office.
